IR assemblies
product summary
Custom made MWIR and LWIR opto-mechanical assemblies delivered as built to print or built to spec solutions. We support the full development cycle — from initial thermal and optical modelling through component fabrication, coating, integration and final acceptance testing. Our IR assemblies combine diamond-turned optics with athermalized mechanical structures to maintain performance across wide operating temperature ranges. Engineered for thermal imaging, surveillance, target acquisition, gas detection and remote sensing applications operating in the 3–5 µm and 8–12 µm atmospheric windows.
